I am writing this letter to provide feedback on the training conducted by Bill Heffernan while we were both employed with the Square D Company.
In the course of restructuring the company it was determined that the entire field sales organization would go through extensive sales training to upgrade their skill sets in this area.
We had a program developed at that time called High Performance Selling and Bill was chosen as one of a select group of coaches for the company. Bill brought tremendous energy to his coaching sessions and pulled people into the process with the techniques he used in his seminars.
In the ensuing years I was witness to a higher degree of value added selling by my sales force in New England where my sales people found themselves more at ease with higher level executives in their key accounts. This resulted in our gaining more share at these accounts and at higher margins.
I am at ease with being a reference for Bill with any prospective customer you are working with if this would be of assistance.

I would highly recommend Bill Heffernan as an instructor and trainer in all aspects of Sales, Management, and customer related topics.
Bill designed a special program and then taught all 80+ managers of our organization last year. The response from our company was very positive including many requests to pick other subjects and teach them as soon as possible. As far as a teacher/subject matter expert Bill, in my opinion, is unparalleled. You get a nice mix of subject expertise as well as personal experience. Timely break outs help add to the overall enjoyment of the course.

Sigma Performance Group / Len Masiello and Bill Heffernan have helped us with several sales training and other corporate programs over the years. Typically, we have had 25 to 40 people attend these functions.
Bill Heffernan has conducted several sales training presentations for us. The latest sales planning process was ÒGoals and ObjectivesÓ. From this meeting, our people developed and improved their sales planning abilities. We were able to accelerate their efforts with the help of this activity.
Len Masiello taught a four step military process to increase sales productivity. This was a very dynamic workshop for our sales group, all of whom had already received some type of formal sales training. The program was enlightening and entertaining while providing our team with a sound methodology for improving sales performance. Len made comparisons between the day to day sales environment and the ability and know-how used to fly high performance jet fighters. Our group was amazed at how these tools could be used to make them more effective in their day-to day sales efforts.
I would recommend Bill and / or Len for any sales training activities. They are both excellent trainers and also quality people.
