Lenny Masiello
Lenny Masiello is the Founder and CEO of Sigma Performance Group. His diverse background in Engineering, Sales and Management coupled with a unique military background make him a highly sought after Lecturer and Consultant. Len has over 25 years of Professional Sales and Executive Management experience with a Global Electrical Manufacturer where he introduced and taught a course based on “Need Satisfaction Selling.”
Throughout his career Len has held a variety of positions that cover the entire spectrum from Product and Quality Control Engineer to Regional Sales Manager to Executive Vice–President. In addition, he also brings significant expertise in world wide sales from his position as Director of Global Strategic Accounts.
Len’s real uniqueness however comes as a result of having spent 22 years flying Jet Fighters for the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard. His teaching style draws on important lessons learned from both his civilian and military experiences. This integrated workshop format provides his clients with a strategic competitive advantage that can be immediately implemented in virtually any business.
Len holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hartford.
