Our workshop philosophy is based on establishing instant credibility with our audience. In order to do this, we begin with obtaining a thorough understanding of your vision, mission, strategy, deployment, products, competitors and financial objectives. We start well in advance of your training program by either meeting with you in person, or mailing you a pre-call information questionnaire. Once you have completed and returned the questionnaire we conduct a conference call to review the information you provided to insure we totally understand your company's market position and your expectations for this event. We want to know as much as possible about your business; both positives and negatives. All of this information is treated as confidential and assimilated by us prior to our arrival for the workshop.

Why do we do all this pre-work?

Our experience indicates that it is extremely important to sound like one of your team members as it adds instant credibility to our programs. In addition, it allows the participants to be more open minded toward accepting new ideas and concepts. The last thing your company needs is for Sigma Consultants to sound like “experts” that just don’t get it. When we finish the training session we ask your team to evaluate our performance based on 12 dimensions using a scale of 1-10. The resulting scores are taken very seriously by Sigma Performance Group as we are continuously striving to improve and perfect each and every event.

Is this where it ends?

Absolutely Not! Within two weeks following the conclusion of our event we will set up a post workshop conference call. During this call we will review everything from our performance scores to the feedback you received from your team. This is a no-holds-bared call that allows us to make performance improvements to our presentation while providing you with the necessary feedback to make any adjustments to your strategy. It is imperative that SPG continuously strive to conduct and deliver a near flawless presentation. To achieve this lofty goal requires your feedback in an open and honest dialogue. This post event conference call also provides an opportunity to discuss important next steps that you may deem necessary to maintain your team’s focus. By having continuous reinforcement of the lessons learned your team will assimilate the new tools and techniques and weave them into their daily routines.
